Additional public transport services before and after the "Manai Dzimtenei" concert on 11 July

On Saturday, 11 July, the "Manai Dzimtenei" concert will take place at the Mežaparks Grand Bandstand. To help concertgoers travel to and from the event, additional public transport services will be provided in cooperation with the event organisers.

Extra services will operate on Tram Route 11 both before the concert and after its conclusion. Additional services will also be available on Bus Route 48.

Visitors planning to stay for the traditional sing-along after the concert are encouraged to use alternative means of transport for their journey home, as the additional public transport services will operate immediately after the concert ends.

Before the concert, Tram Route 11 will operate more frequently from approximately 5:17 p.m. Additional trams will depart from the Merķeļa iela stop every 5–6 minutes until approximately 7:20 p.m., with the last additional service arriving at Mežaparks at 7:47 p.m.

After the concert, from approximately 11:30 p.m., Tram Route 11 services will operate according to passenger demand, with departures approximately every 3–4 minutes. These additional tram services will run from Mežaparks to Stacijas laukums.

Additional services will also be operate on Bus Route 48 before the concert, from approximately 5:17 p.m. until approximately 7:00 p.m. The additional buses will depart from the Pļavnieku kapi terminus. After the concert, passengers will also be be able to travel from Mežaparks to Pļavnieku kapi using Bus Route 48.

Passengers are reminded that all journeys, including these additional services, must be validated. For onward travel from the city centre to neighbourhoods across Riga, weekend night bus services operating on eight routes are also available.

The additional services are being provided in cooperation with the organisers of the "Manai Dzimtenei" concert.
